Where do we deliver the goods?

We supply to countries all over the world. We have free shipping worldwide. There are no taxes or duties on any package shipped. Our goods were sent by DHL Express. Courier companies do not provide Po box addresses, so we ask for your full street address and pin/postcode.


Please note that residential goods addressed to the United States and some other countries will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or if no one answers the doorbell. Our international shipping partner is DHL.


Please note that our logistics partners do not ship from stores on Sundays and public holidays and do not pick up on these days.


Transportation risk

However, jonrt.com will not be liable for lost and stolen packages and damage in whole or in part after the postal/Courier agency has dropped the packages at the customer's address.


Are there duties and taxes?


For customers outside India, tariffs are not included in the price. The customer is responsible for paying any import duties, customs charges or local taxes. jonrt.com will not reimburse these expenses. It is necessary to pay these fees in order to release your order from customs.


Shipping and tracking details


As soon as the goods are delivered to the Courier, we will send you an email about the shipment of your order. These reminder emails will contain the tracking number and website details of the Courier company as well as the expected delivery date. You can also check this on our order status page or by logging into the "My Account" section on our website. Tracking numbers for shipping orders can take up to 24 business hours to activate on the delivery website.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. If standard sewn/custom size is selected, delivery time will take an additional 3 working days.

Billing Address and Delivery Address The billing address is the address where the customer receives the bill from the credit card company. The shipping address is the address where the customer wishes to receive the goods.



What if my order is lost in transit?
